Welcome Mat Project

Once I get working on a particular area of the house, there’s just no stopping me. The front door entryway is now my main target. Watch out stoop!

Step 1: We painted the front door of my house a bold and attractive red. Classic!
Step 2: I bought some fall foliage to flock this bright and beautiful door.
Step 3. We need a classy welcome mat to greet our guests and maybe even trap some dirt along the way.

Which route should I go?

I like the first one, you can’t go wrong with a pumpkin and some fall leaves. For the last 10 years I have taken my grandchildren into the parks and woodlands arounds beautiful Virginia, we gather up colorful leaves and take them to a photo copie shop (kinko’s) we place our leaves on different colored paper , make copies and put in plastic covers, we have a huge notebook, we call it “SAVING FALL” ……IT’S JUST BEAUTIFUL !!! I have also made placemats and coasters out of the leaf prints !!
