This homemade substitute uses coconut water, which replenishes electrolytes and soothes nausea; cranberry juice, which is rich in antioxidants, and salt, which replaces the essential salt your body has lost when dehydrated. Bonus? No artificial preservatives, colors, or sweeteners.

- 4 cups coconut water all natural and unsweetened
- cup cranberry juice organic, preferably unsweetened.
- teaspoon salt

Pour 4 cups of coconut water into a large pitcher, and add ½ cup cranberry juice.

Add ¼ teaspoon salt, and mix until dissolved.
