A Hangover Cure recipe part 1 of 4
Who doesn’t love a good night out? You can’t beat it! The problem is when a good night turns into a hairy morning.
Whether we drank too much, didn’t eat enough, or mixed our spirits, the resulting hangover often has us questioning whether we’ll ever go out again!
Fear not — we have hangover cure that are sure to take the edge off the morning after.
Store-bought Pedialyte replaces minerals and fluids that are lost when the body is dehydrated, and when you’re hungover, you are most certainly dehydrated. Whether you’re vomiting or not, your body needs some serious replenishing.
This homemade substitute uses coconut water, which replenishes electrolytes and soothes nausea; cranberry juice, which is rich in antioxidants, and salt, which replaces the essential salt your body has lost when dehydrated. Bonus? No artificial preservatives, colors, or sweeteners.
