Herb Popsicle
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup lemon juice

- In a sauce pan over medium heat, dissolve the sugar in the water, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Stir in the lemon juice and pour into ice pop trays. Place an herb leaf or spring in each tray.
- Cover popsicle tray with 2 layers of tinfoil and insert a popsicle into each (to ease the process, pre-cut slits for popsicle sticks using a paring knife). Freeze overnight.
