Dipped Matzo
INGREDIENTS
- 4 matzo crackers
- 2 cups mixed dry fruit
- 1 cup pistachios
- 10 ounces dark chocolate
- 10 ounces white chocolate
GET COOKIN'
- Melt dark chocolate in microwave for 2 minutes stirring after 1 minute.
- Using a pastry brush, generously brush the dark chocolate onto Matzo.
- Chop all dry fruit and pistachios and sprinkle onto Matzo.
- Melt white chocolate for microwave for 2 minutes stirring after 1 minute. Stir the oil into the while chocolate to loosen it up, then drizzle over the matzo.
