Dipped Matzo

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 matzo crackers
  • 2 cups mixed dry fruit
  • 1 cup pistachios
  • 10 ounces dark chocolate
  • 10 ounces white chocolate

GET COOKIN'

  1. Melt dark chocolate in microwave for 2 minutes stirring after 1 minute.
  2. Using a pastry brush, generously brush the dark chocolate onto Matzo.
  3. Chop all dry fruit and pistachios and sprinkle onto Matzo.
  4. Melt white chocolate for microwave for 2 minutes stirring after 1 minute. Stir the oil into the while chocolate to loosen it up, then drizzle over the matzo.
