Virgin Bloody Mary-tini

SERVES 6-8

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups chilled tomato or vegetable juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup brine from jar of green olives
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons drained bottled horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon tabasco
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • Celery sticks, gherkins, olives, or lemon slices for garnish

GET COOKIN'

  1. Combine all ingredients in a tall pitcher.
  2. Pour over ice in tall highball glasses or into chilled martini glasses.
