Virgin Bloody Mary-tini
SERVES 6-8
INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups chilled tomato or vegetable juice
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup brine from jar of green olives
- 1 1/2 tablespoons drained bottled horseradish
- 1 teaspoon tabasco
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- Celery sticks, gherkins, olives, or lemon slices for garnish

- Combine all ingredients in a tall pitcher.
- Pour over ice in tall highball glasses or into chilled martini glasses.
