Pink Lemonade

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed or bottled
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 5 cups water
  • Lemon slice (optional)

GET COOKIN'

  1. In a blender puree lemon juice and strawberries. Strain through fine mesh strainer pressing berries with spatula.
  2. Combine juice, sugar and water and stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour into a jar and cover, Refrigerate. Add lemon slices before serving.
