Warm Asian Slaw
INGREDIENTS
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 8 Radishes, julienned
- 2 granny smith apple, julienned
- 6 scallions, julienned
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoon ginger, julienned
- Salt
GET COOKIN'
- Combine the ingredients for the slaw and season with salt to taste.
- Add the slaw to a sauté pan and cook until slightly softened and warmed through, 5-10 minutes.
