Warm Asian Slaw

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 carrots, julienned
  • 8 Radishes, julienned
  • 2 granny smith apple, julienned
  • 6 scallions, julienned
  • 1/2 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoon ginger, julienned
  • Salt

GET COOKIN'

  1. Combine the ingredients for the slaw and season with salt to taste.
  2. Add the slaw to a sauté pan and cook until slightly softened and warmed through, 5-10 minutes.
