Simply Starting Fresh

New year, fresh starts, and nutritious recipes. Sounds good, right? Once a week for the month of January I’m going to feature healthy recipes from my kitchen and around the web. I’m hoping it will remind me to stay on track with my healthy cooking and eating goals for 2011.

Here’s a day of yummy recipes that will lead you on your way to tip top shape…or at the very least, make you feel good about yourself! And isn’t that what it’s all about?

Lunch: Ground Chicken Lettuce Wraps via Good Life Eats

Snack: Traditional Hummus (and veggies!) via Brown Eyed Baker

Dinner: Chicken and Vegetable Pot Pie via Real Simple
