Every season is the right season for something sweet and tasty. There’s just something about spring, however, that calls for the deliciously sugary and bright desserts. Around Easter when I was growing up, my mother would make this amazing Orange Dreamsicle Cake. The bright orange color and super sweet taste seemed to match the fresh sun outside.
