Simple Handmade Valentines RoundUp

This year my daughters were told they could bring Valentines to school, but they had to skip the candy or treats. Although I’m always an advocate for chocolate, I appreciate the healthy kids initiative the school has proposed. Over the upcoming weekend the girls and I are going to make some personal and fun cards for their classmates…sans sweets.

Here’s a little inspiration to get your creative juices flowing for a Valentines-making weekend! Click on the photos to find instructions on how to make each one.

Handmade paper hearts

Heart and Arrow Pencils

A bouquet of pencil toppers

Painted or decopauged rocks- You Rock!

Paint chip book marks

Have a fantastic weekend! Check in with the Workshop and let us know what you’ll be cooking/baking/making/crafting/growing over the next few days…

I’m so glad to find your blog. I’ve been watching “next door with Katie Brown” on the lifetime channel.
It was by mere chance that I discovered your show. When I found you on google and learned you have a workshop on public television I was very happy. I am truly a fan
