Kids Travel Activities

The day after a holiday is usually a time to rest, recover, and relax. But when you’re traveling, you don’t have that chance to recharge before the commute home. For the day-after travelers with kids this winter season, I say…have a plan of attack. Pack up the games, the activities, and, of course, the snacks!

Try these simple and creative solutions to keep your kids busy, your car organized and your sanity intact.

Mix up a healthy trail mix for the inevitable “I’m starrrrving,” cries you hear as soon as you pull out of the driveway. Package it in individual servings so there’s no arguments.  Photo by: Amy @SuperHealthyKids

And remember…it’s not the destination, but the journey!
