Rosemary Chicken Salad
INGREDIENTS
- 3 tablespoons onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons celery, chopped
- 1 pound chicken breast, grilled and diced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 4 sprigs fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaf
GET COOKIN'
- Pulse the onions and celery in a food processor, and then add the chicken and pulse again.
- Transfer your chicken mixture to a bowl and mix in the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard and rosemary. Season with salt and pepper and serve on a lettuce leaf.
