Rosemary Chicken Salad


  • 3 tablespoons onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons celery, chopped
  • 1 pound chicken breast, grilled and diced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 4 sprigs fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaf


  1. Pulse the onions and celery in a food processor, and then add the chicken and pulse again.
  2. Transfer your chicken mixture to a bowl and mix in the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard and rosemary. Season with salt and pepper and serve on a lettuce leaf.
