Mushroom Soup
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped sage
- 2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup water
- Salt and pepper

- In a large stockpot, melt the butter and sweat the onion, then add the mushrooms and sage and cook 10-15 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the condensed soup, the milk, and water. Add to the mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes. Season and serve.
