Mushroom Soup

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped sage
  • 2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup water
  • Salt and pepper

GET COOKIN'

  1. In a large stockpot, melt the butter and sweat the onion, then add the mushrooms and sage and cook 10-15 minutes, season with salt and pepper.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together the condensed soup, the milk, and water. Add to the mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes. Season and serve.
