Candied Peas

SERVES 8

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 10-ounce boxes frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

GET COOKIN'

  1. Place frozen peas, water and salt in a medium saucepan over high heat.
  2. Cook until peas are thawed, about 5 minutes. Drain and place in a bowl.
  3. Mix in some salt, honey, and cinnamon and stir to combine.
