Slow Cooker Orange and Ginger Chicken Legs
I like to make this at the beginning of the week. Cook it low and slow. Then take it out and shred the chicken and use it in my salads, soups, sandwiches, etc etc throughout the week. It is a great way to always have something healthy and low in calories on the ready. It is a quick and easy preparation with a good payoff.

    Ingredients
    
                - 8-10 chicken drum sticks
- 1 1/2 cups soy sauce
- 1/3 cup orange Juice
- 1 tbl orange zest
- 2 tbl honey
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tbl fresh ginger minced

    Instructions
    
                - 1. Lightly brown chicken 2. Place chicken in slow cooker 3. Mix all ingredients together and pour over the chicken 4. Cook in the slow cooker on high for four hours.
