We don’t know about you, but the appearance of sweat stains is making us a little bummed as the summer sun is heating up. This got us thinking.  What are some quick, fun, and crafty ways for all of us to stay cool this summer? During our search for the answer, we came across a cute and functional project idea with endless possibilities: the paper fan! It is crafty, simple, inexpensive, portable, and a great way to cool off when the weather gets steamy.
