Simple One-Pot Dinners

I love to cook all things quick, easy and tasty. I also love finding ways to shake up my usual dinner menus and try out new ingredients, new tools or new tips. Although the slow-cooker has been around for years, I’ve recently rediscovered it as a totally useful kitchen appliance for days of anticipated hustle and bustle. It’s the perfect trick to have up my sleeve when I know I’ll want to get dinner on the table quickly.

One-pot dinners are a great way to go for wintertime meals- whether it’s using a slow-cooker and simmering your dinner throughout the day, or just throwing all your ingredients into a single pot or pan and cooking in minutes. With very little fuss, you can come home after jam-packed day and serve up a flavorful meal in no time. These one-pot dinner recipes I’ve rounded up look juicy and delicious…the perfect antidote to busy days and hearty appetites!
