Simple Edible Flower Recipes

Happy March 1st! With spring just around the corner, I’m getting excited about new life in the landscape around me. I can’t wait for the early flowers to start poking through the soil. March comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb, right?

I recently stumbled across a dish with edible flowers in it and started thinking how pretty these creations can be. I’ve crushed up rose petals into fudge and added sugared petals to cakes, and the results are always extra special.
