Laura’s Swordfish

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 swordfish steaks
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • Large pinch salt

SALSA

  • 1 avocado, cubed
  • 1 cup quartered grape tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, plus extra for garnish
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

GET COOKIN'

  1. Preheat the oven 375º F.
  2. Place steaks in roasting pan, pour dressing over and turn to coat. Sprinkle with pepper, salt, and old bay. Bake 15 – 20 minutes.

FOR THE SALSA

  • Combine ingredients, season with salt and pepper, and serve along side steaks.
