Laura’s Swordfish
INGREDIENTS
- 4 swordfish steaks
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- Large pinch salt
SALSA
- 1 avocado, cubed
- 1 cup quartered grape tomatoes
- 1/2 cup cilantro, plus extra for garnish
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
GET COOKIN'
- Preheat the oven 375º F.
- Place steaks in roasting pan, pour dressing over and turn to coat. Sprinkle with pepper, salt, and old bay. Bake 15 – 20 minutes.
FOR THE SALSA
- Combine ingredients, season with salt and pepper, and serve along side steaks.
