Hot Shrimp

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound large shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ginger
  • Olive oil

GET COOKIN'

  1. Combine the ingredients for the spice rub and add enough oil to make into a paste. Rub on the shrimp and set aside.
  2. Heat the butter in a medium sauté pan, add the shrimp and sauté until pink, about 5 minutes, turning once.
  3. Remove the shrimp and set aside. Serve the shrimp on top of the Warm Asian Slaw.
