Hot Shrimp
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound large shrimp
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ginger
- Olive oil
GET COOKIN'
- Combine the ingredients for the spice rub and add enough oil to make into a paste. Rub on the shrimp and set aside.
- Heat the butter in a medium sauté pan, add the shrimp and sauté until pink, about 5 minutes, turning once.
- Remove the shrimp and set aside. Serve the shrimp on top of the Warm Asian Slaw.
