Simple Spring Pasta Recipes

Winter is out and so are big, heavy meals! Whenever the seasons change, I get excited for the new food options available. Now’s the time to mix artichokes, arugula, asparagus, fava beans and peas into all sorts of dishes.

Springtime makes me crave lighter fare that’s full of pretty color and the produce of the season. I am totally inspired by the beautiful pastas I’ve rounded up below.

My mom was looking for the penne` pasta dish, that is in one of your commercials. It is not oil based, and it has halved cherry tomatoes with a creamy base. Katie is stirring the pasta in a glass bowl. I didn’t have any luck finding it here, please help.
    Thanks,
