Bananas & Chocolate


  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tablespoons brandy
  • 1 bottle chocolate sauce


  1. Cut bananas into ½ inch slices.
  2. Melt butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the sugar. Stir to combine. Add the bananas and toss to coat, gently simmering for 2 minutes or until sugar is melted.
  3. Remove from the heat and mix in the brandy.
  4. Fill ½ of crepe with banana filling, fold over, and drizzle with bottled chocolate sauce.
