Bananas & Chocolate
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 2 bananas
- 2 tablespoons brandy
- 1 bottle chocolate sauce
GET COOKIN'
- Cut bananas into ½ inch slices.
- Melt butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the sugar. Stir to combine. Add the bananas and toss to coat, gently simmering for 2 minutes or until sugar is melted.
- Remove from the heat and mix in the brandy.
- Fill ½ of crepe with banana filling, fold over, and drizzle with bottled chocolate sauce.
