Hoop Hoop Hooray
MATERIALS
- 3 bright solid fabrics, 3 yards
- 1 bright patterned fabric, 3 yards
- 3 hula hoops
- 10 artificial butterflies, wired
- Pinking Shears
DIRECTIONS
Using pinking shears, cut various scraps of brightly colored fabric into different lengths and different widths and knot them onto hula hoops.
Make it feel even more flighty by twisting wire butterflies onto the ends of some pieces of fabric.
Use strips of scrap fabric to make a hanger.
