Name Nest Card

MATERIALS

• Thick textured paper (1 sheet per place card)
• Raffia
• Empty eggs (1 per place card)
• Marker or pen
• Egg blower (optional)
• Fortunes on paper
• Scissors

DIRECTIONS

1. Use your egg blower and empty out your eggs. Wash your egg out with water and let dry.

2. Either write fortunes or download them from the internet. You can write fortunes, or funny memories about your guest. Insert your message into the empty egg. Write your guests name on the egg with a marker.

3. To make your nest, grab the textured paper in the center, and really scrunch it to form a bowl-like shape.

4. Fold and mold down the edges of paper to form a bowl-like, basket shape.

5. Coil 4 or 5 strands of raffia in the paper nest and lay the egg on top.
