When you’ve run out of sweet and  homemade popsicle recipes to try, make the easy and delicious transition to homemade ice cream sandwiches! Bake a batch of homemade cookies and use your favorite store-bought ice cream, or take a store-bought cookie and spoon in home-churned ice cream. Sprinkle on a topping of your choice to take it to the next level (chopped fruit, chocolate candies, cereal, nuts will all do the trick!).
