Woodsy arts and crafts

When we’re up at the orchard, one of my whole family’s favorite things to do is to go on long walks in the woods.  We all love the beauty of nature, and, as far as the kids are concerned, the woods are just about the best playground ever made! On a recent excursion, we collected a whole bunch of nature’s best arts and crafts materials.

And then we turned them into this little nature house:

I’m so glad my kids are already learning to appreciate wonders of Mother Nature.  Prentiss can’t seem to get enough- here she is showing off a butterfly she found:
