Wild Mushroom Yogurt Spread
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 5 cups assorted wild mushroom
- Salt & pepper
- 1 cup whole milk yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chopped mint
GET COOKIN'
- Chop mushrooms into pieces. If you use oyster mushrooms, tear them into strips.
- Melt butter in pan over medium high heat. Sauté mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper.
- Remove from the heat. Add the yogurt and mint and stir to combine.
