Wild Mushroom Yogurt Spread


  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 5 cups assorted wild mushroom
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 cup whole milk yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped mint


  1. Chop mushrooms into pieces. If you use oyster mushrooms, tear them into strips.
  2. Melt butter in pan over medium high heat. Sauté mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Remove from the heat. Add the yogurt and mint and stir to combine.
