Vegetarian Taco Bar


  • Flour tortillas
  • Shredded carrots
  • Black beans
  • Iceberg lettuce
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Barbecue sauce
  • Avocados
  • Red onion
  • Lime
  • Cilantro
  • Garlic
  • Tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Start by making a simple guacamole. Dice avocado and red onion, add lime juice, cilantro, and garlic. Mash in a bowl until at desired consistency.
  2. Fold flour tortilla in half and start building your taco. Add toppings of your choice: black beans, shredded carrots, barbecue sauce, sour cream, iceberg lettuce, cheddar cheese and guacamole. Enjoy!
