Slate Placemats

MATERIALS

• Slate
• Silver ink pen
• Plate
• Fork
• Knife
• Spoon
• Hammer

DIRECTIONS

1. Use a hammer to break slate into rectangular shaped slats about a foot and a half to two feet wide.

2. Trace the outline of the fork on the slate with a silver ink pen. Repeat for the plate, knife, and spoon until you have the outline of the entire table setting.
