Peanut Butter and Jelly Recipes
Peanut butter and jelly: the classic combination for the classic kids lunch. Although I have at tough time getting my kids to eat any deli meat sandwich for lunch, they will almost always go for a PB&J sandwich. We’ve tried the PBJ on white bread (no crusts!), the toasted PBJ, PBJ Corn Bread Triangles, the PBJ tortilla, the PBJ pita and the PBJ bagel all with great results. I guess you just can’t go wrong!
With a little research, I’ve found a few combos that are new and exciting twists (is that even possible?) to our beloved lunchbox sandwich. Click on each photo to get the gooey sweet recipe…
Are you a turkey and swiss or a PBJ fan? Do you like to eat the same sandwich for lunch every day or mix it up? Stand up for your sandwich here!
Well, I love the ideas!!! I also have an idea for you that doesn’t involve jelly!
PB, dill pickle, & mustard – yummy!
PB, mayo, & lettuce!!!
Also, when I make stir-fry I can get my little guy of age 6 to eat it much better if I microwave some PB in a small bowl and then drizzle it over his stir-fry with veggies, chicken, & rice – he LOVES it!
Just FYI!
