DIRECTIONS
On back side of oil cloth, trace around two bowls using marker. Then, cut out with wavy or pinking shears. Make two concentrically smaller circles.
Next, cut out a green square out of a solid piece of oil cloth (large enough to wrap around jar lid).
Remove center from jar lid. Place small mound of batting between the back of oil cloth and jar lid. Cover lid and batting completely, attaching with a few dabs of hot glue.
Next, place the rim of the jar lid facing up under the concentric circles that were already cut out. Then, sandwich the covered center piece on top of all three layers until it fits back in the jar lid.
Using hot glue, attach floral dowel to back of flower. Then, cover floral dowel with rick-rack, attaching with hot glue again.
Cut a small piece of oasis to fit in terra cotta pot. Then, cover with mound of raffia, and place flower stem into pot.
