I’m making a big batch of Looking for Mr. Goodbarley soup – my family loves it! I found an inexpensive beef roast yesterday and decided it would s-t-r-e-t-c-h to at least 2 meals and a few lunches if I made soup! I have a bucket of Artisan bread dough ready to form a loaf and bake when the soup is ready! Yum! It’s a great way to fill up ‘hallow’ teenagers and budding basketball stars!
