Simply Gypsy

Me and the ‘Dream Team’ (my code word for the Katie Brown Workshop crew) made a quick escape to my house in the Berkshires. After few hours of organizing and touring around the property in the ‘Gator’, we wound up at one of my favorite local spots – The Gypsy Apple. This tiny French bistro has some of the most drool-worthy food in Massachusetts. Fillet Mignon! Asparagus Potato Soup with Ramps! Crab cakes! …And the Merlot flowed like the waters of the Nile.  If you’re ever in Shelburne Falls, Massachusetts, you must check out this fantastic little restaurant — you won’t be disappointed!
