Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Handful of spinach
- 1 cup dark cherries frozen
- ½ banana
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- cup ½green tea
- 1- inch piece of ginger peeled and chopped
- ½ cucumber

- 1 cup cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 cup coconut water

- Combine all ingredients in a blender, starting with the coconut milk.
