Ladybug Gift Bags
MATERIALS
- Red gift bags
- 1/2-inch black pom-poms
- Goggly eyes
- Black electrical tape
- Black pipe cleaners
- Tissue paper
- Toys and candy
- Scissors
- Glue gun
DIRECTIONS
Adhere a line of black tape up the center of your red gift bag.
On either side of the black line about an inch down from the top and an inch apart, hot glue 2 goggly eyes to the bag.
Lay your black pom-poms out on the bag in a symmetrical pattern.
Glue down each pom-pom with your glue gun.
Now stuff your bag with tissue paper and fill with treats.
To top it off and give the bag a little seal, bend the black pipe cleaner in half and wrap around the top of the handles for the lady bug’s antennae.
You can make a variety of critters. You can make butterflies by bending pipe cleaners and punching them through the sides. For Halloween, a great idea is to make a spider bag with pipe cleaner legs coming out the sides.
