Mother Meg’s Blueberry Muffins recipe
Bake a batch of my Mother Meg’s Blueberry Muffins, with her famous Blueberry Muffin recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg beaten
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 cup blueberries

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350º F.
- Cream together sugar, butter, and egg.
- Mix in alternately to sugar mixture the milk and dry ingredients. (Start with about 1/3 milk then 1/2 of dry ingredients which have been combined together, then 1/3 milk and then rest of dry ingredients and then finish with remaining milk.)
- Fold in gently blueberries.
- Bake for about 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
