blueberries
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Cream together sugar, butter, and egg.
Mix in alternately to sugar mixture the milk and dry ingredients. (Start with about 1/3 milk then 1/2 of dry ingredients which have been combined together, then 1/3 milk and then rest of dry ingredients and then finish with remaining milk.)
Fold in gently blueberries.
Bake for about 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
