Seat Warmers
MATERIALS
- Director's style chair
- 1 yard fleece fabric
- Measuring tape
- Pinking shears
- Straight pins
DIRECTIONS
Measure the back and seat of the chair.
For the back of your chair, add 4 inches to the width and double the height. Cut a piece of fabric to this size with pinking shears.
Fold fabric over chair back and pin in place. Make sure it is centered which means you have 2 inches of extra fabric on either side.
Measure 1 inch down from the top of the chair back and cut a 2-inch long strip. Repeat starting at the bottom of the chair back. Knot them securely.
Trim remaining fabric.
Double seat length measurement and add 12 inches for the length. Use the seat width measurement plus an inch for the width. Cut with pinking shears.
Fold fabric in half length-wise and pin together.
Cut three 2 inch wide strips about 10 inches long, one on either side and one in the middle.
Trim all remaining fabric.
Wrap cover front to back. Tie under seat.
