Fish And Shell Compost
Use up scraps of fish and shells to make you garden flourish with Katie Brown's easy compost project
MATERIALS
- Garbage bags
- Shells
- Hammer
- Hard surface
- Fish remains
DIRECTIONS
Double wrap the shells in 2 garbage bags.
Set on the ground or on a hard surface.
Hammer shells through the garbage bags to break them up. Use medium force so that you don't tear the bags but still break up the shells.
Empty bag into garden or along path being cautious of sharp shell edges.
Mix with fish remains and use a rake to disperse in your garden.
