I have always had a thing for brussel Sprouts. However, recently I have discovered that you can buy them shaved which is my favorite way to eat them. Shaving them is a ton of extra work so I did not eat them as often as I wanted to. Now, that they come prepared I serve them up in all sorts of yummy ways.
