Baked Corn with Parmesan Cheese

When I need a quick go to side dish for a family meal. I look to the freezer and pull out some frozen corn, sauce it up and bake it! Yummy, quick and easy and a recipe the whole family can enjoy!

Recipe:

8 1/2 ears of frozen corns

4 Tbl. butter

Salt and pepper

1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese

The juice of one lime

1.Preheat oven to 325

2. Spread on 4 Tbl. butter

3. Salt and Pepper to taste

4. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese

5. Squeeze on the juice of one line

6. Bake at 325 for 20-25 Minutes
