  1. Microwave
  2. Spray the inside of a mason jar with cooking spray.
  3. Chop the spinach roughly.
  4. Crack two eggs into the jar.
  5. Add spinach, cheese, salt and pepper.
  6. Add a splash of milk…
  7. …and shake, shake, shake.
  8. Microwave on hight for 1 ½ to 2 minutes, stirring once midway, until eggs are done to your liking.
