Combine the marinade ingredients and pour over chicken. Marinate for 1 hour, turning occasionally.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and pat dry with a paper towel. Strain and reserve the marinade liquid.
In a large sauté pan, heat the oil and then thoroughly brown the chicken on all sides.
Add the marinade to the pan, along with the juice from the lime and orange, and the white wine. Cover and cook until done, adding more liquid if necessary.
Remove the chicken from the pan and stir in the honey.
