These firework napkins make a festive addition to your holiday table setting, without breaking the bank. They’re really fun and simple to make - taking your table blah to brilliant in no time at all. Here’s what you need to know…

Instructions
  1. Wash and dry napkins. Press with an iron to remove wrinkles.
  2. Stretch napkin over mouth of plastic cup and secure in place with a rubber band.
  3. Draw a firework design on stretched portion of napkin with a red and/or blue permanent Sharpie marker.
  4. Fill a mini spray bottle with rubbing alcohol.
  5. Spray design with rubbing alcohol. The more alcohol the further the ink will spread, creating a larger design. Do not over saturate or design will appear “muddy”.
  6. Repeat, so that you have several “explosions” of fireworks across each napkin.
  7. Remove rubber bands and cups and hang dry.
  8. Iron and fold to accompany your 4th of July place setting.
