MATERIALS
- Purple, Green and Yellow bubble lanterns
- Green ribbon, 4 feet long
- Green construction paper
- Buttons
- Toys and candy
- Stapler and staples
- Duct tape
- Scissors
DIRECTIONS
Tape the ends of the ribbon to the inside sides of the lantern.
Fold a piece of green construction paper in half and cut into a leaf shape. Then, pull the ribbon around the lantern and hold the ribbon together directly below the bottom of the lantern, sandwich the ribbons in the fold of the green paper and staple to secure. Fold leaves out.
Glue a button to the center of the lantern.
Fill lantern with treats, and hang. To get the treats out, your children just need to pull the ribbons.
