Sadly our tomato plants were destroyed by straight line winds a few weeks ago and all we have are a few green tomatoes we are hoping will ripen soon! Thankfully we have friends who have shared the bounty or their gardens and your collection of recipes here is inspiring me to do something yummy with them!
