Tranquility at the Orchard
I hope everyone enjoyed their Valentine’s Day! I sure did. My family and I decided to escape the hustle & bustle of everyday New York life and spend a weekend relaxing at my orchard in Massachusetts. Not only did we have a blast, but my husband surprised me with a beautiful glowing heart:
In other news, we finally got our new oven for the workshop! The chefs here are extremely excited to get to use their new KitchenAid double oven! Our old oven has been following us around for what feels like a century and, let’s be real, it’s not the most efficient applicance…
But with our new ovens, we can do all kinds of neat tricks! Not only does it have steam-assist tecnhnology (we never have to worry about moisture of meats again…can you hear the choir of angels?), but it also has an automatic time converter for the convection!
