Vegetarian Taco Bar
INGREDIENTS
- Flour tortillas
- Shredded carrots
- Black beans
- Iceberg lettuce
- Cheddar cheese
- Sour cream
- Barbecue sauce
- Avocados
- Red onion
- Lime
- Cilantro
- Garlic
- Tomatoes
- Salt and pepper
GET COOKIN'
- Start by making a simple guacamole. Dice avocado and red onion, add lime juice, cilantro, and garlic. Mash in a bowl until at desired consistency.
- Fold flour tortilla in half and start building your taco. Add toppings of your choice: black beans, shredded carrots, barbecue sauce, sour cream, iceberg lettuce, cheddar cheese and guacamole. Enjoy!
